Are you spending either too much money or too much time on billing, payment and product-sales tasks?



The goal of the Martial Arts Marketing Network is to enable martial arts school owners to spend more time doing face-to-face marketing (class instruction, first intros, demonstrations, school parties, VIPing, student referrals).

But, as you've probably experienced, there are a multitude of tasks at a martial arts school that can steal you away from what you should be doing.

Obviously, there are the non-face-to-face marketing tasks (hassling with the Internet, calling leads, writing copy, managing advertising programs) -- our primary focus.

What is our view of martial arts billing companies? For many schools, we think they are great --- because any program that frees up martial arts school owners to spend more time on face-to-face marketing is a good thing.

And, that's what martial arts billing companies do -- they take over the monthly billing task so you don't have to hassle with it. As a result, many schools love their billing company and we think that's just fine.

However, we've learn from our Network members that many martial arts schools have chosen not to work with billing companies because they view their services as too expensive. They just aren't willing to give up half their profits to have someone else handle their monthly billing tasks.

We've also learned that not every martial arts school that uses a billing company is terribly happy with what they get for their money.

Finally, we've heard that, while billing companies address the monthly billing hassles, they do nothing to support the other two administrative tasks listed above:
